Arsenial Runion brings executive experience gleaned from his service as the Chief Executive Officer of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) to his current role of assisting business owners with their business exits. With an extensive background in healthcare management and specialization in FQHCs, Arsenial has a wealth of C Suite experience and focus which allows him to maximize business value upon transition.  His experience driving organizations and empowering their people translates into a client-centered business sale experience as Arsenial helps with business transitions.

Prior to his current CEO appointment, Arsenial was the Director of Patient Experience at Swope Health in the Greater Kansas City area, where he worked for three years. His leadership there was pivotal in advancing patient satisfaction and refining care delivery within a large FQHC, showcasing his expertise in operations and his client centric focus.

Arsenial holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, providing him with a solid foundation in the health sciences. His academic credentials are complemented by extensive practical experience in operations and revenue cycle management, equipping him to effectively oversee the complex dynamics of business and organizational growth and sale.

In addition to his professional roles, Arsenial is an active member of several key industry and professional organizations, including the Pennsylvania Society, the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), and the Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers (PACHC). These memberships reflect his ongoing commitment to remaining well connected and to his own professional development.

In his spare time, Arsenal enjoys traveling, reading, and community service work, addressing social determinants of health in underserved communities.
