Sam Frasch

Sam Frasch is a Transaction and Investment Banker Support Specialist with Jordon Voytek Capital Partners where he acts as a liaison for the firm’s investment bankers and assists with valuations, marketing support, company profiles, and confidential information memoranda. He is currently a student at West Virginia University, where he is majoring in Finance and minoring in Computer Science. He is heavily involved in campus life and professional development. At WVU, he is a member of the club boxing team, the Student Managed Investment Fund, and Data Driven West Virginia. At the Student Managed Investment Fund – as part of a larger team – Sam and two of his peers manage the Energy, Materials, and Utilities sectors as well as a significant amount of commodities futures. Their returns have outperformed the market in the time which he has worked for the fund. At Data Driven West Virginia, Sam manages a team of five students to deliver Data-Focused solutions to small businesses all throughout West Virginia. Through this program, he has been able to directly support two businesses in their expansion. As a member of the boxing team, Sam regularly trains with the team and supports their fundraising efforts.

Sam has previous work experience in the operations department at the Bank of New York, where he worked with 15+ business owners to centralize a key piece of interbank communication infrastructure. He also delivered ad-hoc support to his management team and helped support the fellow interns within his team.

Outside of school, in the winters, Sam regularly goes snowboarding and loves visiting museums. In the summers he enjoys swimming with friends, attending concerts, and spending time in nature. He is currently fostering a cat, which he and his roommate have named Finn.
