Ken Clark, M.A., LMFT is a mental health entrepreneur who built one of America’s largest outpatient mental health private practices. With his company being named to the Inc 5000 list of fastest growing companies seven consecutive years in a row, he has extensive experience scaling companies at double-digit growth rates, helping position themselves as a market leader and streamlining their operations to increase their exit value. Ken now brings these skills to the JoVoCP team leading business owners successfully through exit.
Ken is also the founder of Divergineer Consulting, LLC (focused on coaching executives on their relational and leadership blindspots), SemiPrivatePractice.com (a peer group community for group mental health practice owners), a co-owner and board member of a CareSource LLC (one of Arkansas’s largest managed Medicaid insurers), co-owner in the Joplin Outlaws (a minor league baseball team) and creator of the award-winning Solving Without Sorryâ„¢ conflict resolution training curriculum.
Earlier in his career, Ken worked as both an Area Director for Young Life International, a Certified Financial Planner and wealth manager with UBS PaineWebber, and as a published author of six personal finance and investing textbooks, including The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Boosting Your Financial IQ and The Complete Idiot’s Guide to the Fairtax.
Outside of his varied business interests, Ken loves exploring the world with his family through travel, food, movies, and music.
