Rob Johnson is a Partner at Jordon Voytek Capital Partners. He is a board-licensed CPA, accomplished financial executive, and strategic business advisor with nearly 30 years of experience spanning corporate finance/accounting with multi-billion-dollar companies, entrepreneurial consulting across diverse industries, and various leadership roles in between. Rob has facilitated and advised on hundreds of client assignments, including M&A transactions, business valuations, capital raises, and other strategic initiatives, leveraging his keen analytical skills and deep understanding of market dynamics to consistently deliver value to his clients and stakeholders.

Rob is also the President & Managing Partner of Sabre Financial Group LLC, a firm he founded in 2015, serving mid-market companies and small businesses across the U.S. and Canada with a wide variety of financial needs. In addition, he serves as an Advisory Board Member to a diverse portfolio of companies in industries including Manufacturing, Health Care, Telecommunications, Insurance, Consumer Electronics, Software, Health & Fitness, and more.

As the former Managing Affiliate and Due Diligence Advisor for the Optimal Outcome Fund, an early-stage New York-based private liquidity fund, Rob played a pivotal role in deal structuring, risk evaluation, and investment analysis, earning recognition for identifying opportunities and mitigating risks in complex financial transactions.
